Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Registered Manager in leading day-to-day operations across Hamilton and Blantyre in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

As a full-time Care Team Leader, you will lead a team of support workers, ensure high standards of person-centred care, and assist with recruitment and staff development through supervision and interviews. Strong communication and IT record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams in supported living or similar settings.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop staff through supervision and interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external professionals.
