Lifeways Group is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in Aberdeen Community. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to daily operations of our supported living services.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and leadership experience in health & social care, with opportunities for training and career progression within Lifeways.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience as Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in health & social care.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff through supervision and coaching.
• Good written and IT skills for accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of support workers.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care.
• Support recruitment and staff development through supervisions and interviews.
• Communicate effectively with staff, external professionals, and the people we support.
