Lifeways Group is seeking a Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our Supported Living Services in Halifax. You will lead a team of Care Workers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We welcome experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent. We offer full-time hours, funded qualifications, a DBS paid for by the company, and a range of rewards and development

Qualifications
