Job summary

Lifeways Group in South Lanarkshire is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Hamilton and Blantyre.

You will lead a team of care staff, ensure person-centred care standards, support recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate records with strong written and IT skills. We offer training and progression opportunities and a rewarding career within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care leadership roles.
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team and support a Registered Manager.
