Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in Glasgow. This is a full‑time role leading day‑to‑day operations of our supported living services and delivering high‑quality, person-centred care.

As Team Leader you’ll lead and motivate a team of support workers, drive recruitment and staff development, maintain strong communication with colleagues and external professionals, and ensure accurate records using solid IT skills.

Qualificações

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in care settings.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
