Enable Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to join our frontline management team in Glasgow. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants to deliver safe, person-centred support, work with the Service Manager, and ensure staff coverage and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting supervision, staff induction, risk assessments and partner collaboration, with on-call duties and some travel between services. Competitive salary plus on-call payments are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in care settings.
• Ability to conduct regular supervisions and performance reviews.
• Experience with induction of new staff and staff welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Personal Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assist with assessments, support planning, reviews and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe staffing and maintain records under GDPR.
• Build relationships with families, health professionals and external agencies to improve services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to services as required.
