Lifeways Group in Cobham is building a brand-new service and seeks caring Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 setting, helping them gain confidence, join in activities, and achieve personal goals. We provide full training including NAPPI and BSL, ongoing development, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles for those who show dedication.

You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters. Whether that's supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towards employment, build independence or achieve something they never thought possible, you'll play a huge part in helping people live the lives they choose. We're looking for people who:

• Have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you've supported others
• Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect

We'll provide full training-including NAPPI & BSL-and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
