Job summary

Lifeways Group in Cobham is building a brand-new team and seeks a dedicated Team Leader to shape the culture from day one. You will oversee care in a 24/7 setting, with a focus on person-centred support and continuous improvement.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with weekday and weekend shifts, a £15.05 per hour rate, comprehensive training, and access to development programmes to help you grow within Lifeways.

Help Build a New Service

We're building a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one. There is easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.

Pay Rate: £15.05ph

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Contract: Full Time - 37.5hrs

Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends

Shifts between: 07.00 - 22:00
