Job summary

Lifeways in Brighton is seeking a Care Team Leader to lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred care alongside the Service Manager. The role is suitable for experienced Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care and offers training and development opportunities.

Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm (rota-based)

Your Role as a Care Team Leader

• Leading and mentoring a team of Support Workers

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
