Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader for Rodley House, a care home in the community. You will lead the care team, oversee medication and records, and support residents with personal care, activities and outings.

The role is 30 hours weekly on a four‑weekly rolling rota of long day shifts, requiring at least two years in social care and prior senior/team leader experience. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 2 or above required.
• At least 2 years' experience in social care.
• Experience in a senior or team leader role in care.
• Experience with medication.
• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK.
