Agincare is seeking a Bank Care Team Leader to join Rodley House, an Agincare home, on a 30-hour-per-week rota. The role focuses on leading the care team, medication oversight, and supporting residents with personal care and activities.

Shifts run 7:45am–20:15pm on set days rotating every four weeks. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available. This post emphasizes teamwork and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

This bank Care Team Leader post sits at Rodley House, an Agincare home for residents, and runs for around 30 hours a week on a four-weekly rolling rota. The work centres on leading the care team, overseeing medication and record-keeping, and supporting residents with personal care, daily living and planned activities. Shifts run from 7:45am to 20:15pm on set days that change across the four weeks. Agincare cannot offer visa sponsorship, so candidates need existing right to work in the UK.
