Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Forefaulds Care Home in East Kilbride. The role focuses on supporting residents with personalised care plans, fostering a homely atmosphere, and guiding care staff.

You will contribute to activities that enhance wellbeing and dignity for residents in a compassionate team setting. The position offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.45) for a 44-hour week, with a strong emphasis on professional development and career progression within Sanctuary
