Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Care Team Leader for Howard House in Kilmarnock (KA1 2BP). The role pays £15.45 per hour for 33 hours per week and focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive team environment.

You’ll lead care colleagues, promote wellbeing, and coordinate activities to enrich residents’ lives, with ongoing development opportunities within a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
  • Team player who values collaboration
