Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader for Critchill Court Care Home to guide and support the care team. The role focuses on personal care, medication oversight, activities, and close collaboration with families.

You will lead by example, supervise day-to-day care on a two-week rolling rota including alternate weekends, and cover for senior managers when they are absent. A minimum of two years' social care experience is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 2 or above.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
