Job summary

Norse Care’s St Nicholas House in Dereham is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker for night shifts, 20.25 hours per week with the potential for extra hours. You will provide personal care and support in a person-centred plan, helping users maintain independence with warmth and dignity.

We offer fully funded accredited courses, strong career progression, and a supportive team. DBS check is enhanced; sponsorship not provided. Weekend enhancements and additional benefits are available.

Care Support Worker –Dereham

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

20.25 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
