Job summary

Norse Care in Attleborough is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our friendly and inclusive team at St Edmunds. The role offers a night shift at £14.06 per hour (plus enhancements) and 22.25 hours per week with potential for extra hours.

We provide funded accredited courses, career progression, and the chance to make a real difference in residents’ lives. Applicants may be experienced carers or new entrants to the industry.

Care Support Worker - Attleborough

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

22.25 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
