Job summary

Norse Care's St Edmunds residential home in Attleborough is seeking a Care Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks, helping service users maintain independence and dignity.

You will work nights at £14.06 per hour plus enhancements, 22.25 hours per week with potential for additional hours, with fully funded accredited courses, excellent career progression and wellbeing benefits including weekend enhancements, a Blue Light Card and access to physiotherapy and chiropractor

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks in line with the service users' care plan.
  • Promote independence and dignity through person-centred care.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and coordinate with health professionals.
  • Support wellbeing events and activities with the care team.

Care Support Worker –Attleborough

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

22.25hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
