Job summary

Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker for Mayflower Court in Norwich to help make a real difference in service users’ lives. You’ll assist with personal care on night shifts (£14.06 per hour, Nights) with enhancements and work 28.88 hours per week plus opportunities for additional hours.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team, with funded courses and clear career progression. DBS checks will be enhanced and sponsorship is not available.

Care Support Worker – Norwich

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

Hours Available:

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Mayflower Court:

Mayflower Court is our modern purpose‑built care home in Norwich, part of the Bowthorpe Care Village. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
