Job summary

Norse Care's Bishop Herbert House in Norwich is seeking a Care Support Worker to join a friendly, supportive team. The role offers 32 hours per week at £13.81 per hour (days) with enhancements and potential for additional hours.

You will assist with personal care and support tasks, help service users maintain independence and dignity, respond to call bells, and work with colleagues to create a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and supporting individuals with disabilities.

Care Support Worker – Norwich

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
