Job summary

Lifeways in Leamington Spa is hiring a Support Worker to help people with autism and complex learning disabilities. This full-time role (35 hours per week) pays £13.10 per hour and operates on a rota across weekdays and weekends. A full UK manual driving licence is required for this position.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and clear progression opportunities within Lifeways’ supportive environment.

Salary: £13.10 per hour
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Shifts: 7:30am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–9:30pm (rota-based across weekdays and weekends)
Driving Licence Preferred: Full UK Manual

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

You’ll support with:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Hobbies, activities, and social events
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts. Due to the location of the service, a full UK manual driving licence is required.
