Job summary

Lifeways Group in Worcester is seeking a Support Worker for Bedwardine Court. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) offers compassionate care to adults with diverse needs, with training and clear progression opportunities.

Support Worker – Bedwardine Court, Worcester
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: 7am-2.30pm/ 2.30pm-10pm

About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

You’ll support with:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis—you will not be able to select your own shifts. Flexibility is required across a 7-day week.
