Norse Care in Fakenham is seeking a Casual Care Support Worker to join Cranmer House. This role covers shifts across Monday to Sunday at £13.56 per hour, offering flexible casual contracts and opportunities for funded accredited training.
You will assist with personal care, support service users to maintain independence and dignity, respond to call bells, and work as part of a friendly team. DBS check will be required and paid by the employer.

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
