Lifeways Group is opening a brand-new service in Cobham and seeks caring Support Workers to join the team from day one. You’ll help build the service, support people with complex needs, and enable independence in the community.

Help to build a new service - We're building a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one - With easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.

Have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you've supported others

Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect

We'll provide full training-including NAPPI & BSL-and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
