Lifeways in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to guide a team of Support Workers in delivering person-centred care in a New Supported Living service. You will lead shifts, oversee recruitment, training and supervision, and maintain accurate records using strong ICT skills.

We welcome experienced leaders with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes for people we support.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker preferred.
• Strong written and ICT skills for accurate record-keeping.

Contract: 37.5 hrs per week
Hours: 7am - 10pm, Monday to Sunday
Shifts: Varied
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence
