Job summary

McCarthy Stone in St Albans is seeking a caring and dependable support worker to help residents with daily tasks, social activities and wellbeing. You will promote independence and dignity within the Eleanor House development, contributing to a warm, safe community for older adults.

  Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
