Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Banbury seeks compassionate care support staff to assist residents with daily tasks, social activities, and wellbeing. You will promote independence and dignity, supporting individual care needs in a retirement community setting.

Applicants with 1+ year UK care experience are preferred; Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care is a plus. Training is funded, with 28 days holiday and pension benefits offered.
