Job summary

Join McCarthy & Stone at Williamson Court in Lancaster as a Care Assistant. This part-time role (22 hours per week) is based at one location, with a pay rate of £13.26 per hour and enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. UK-based applicants only; sponsorship not available.

You will support residents with daily tasks, promote independence and help with social activities, all within a friendly on-site care team committed to quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older adults.

Responsibilities
