Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Brunlees Court, Southport, is recruiting a part-time Care Assistant (25 hours/week). Earn £13.26–£14.56 per hour with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. Fully paid training and pension options are offered, plus EAP and staff perks.

Join a dedicated on-site team at Brunlees Court to support residents with daily tasks, social activities and wellbeing, helping older adults live independently in a caring, one-location environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
