Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd in Leyland seeks a part-time Care Assistant to support residents at Balshaw Court. You will work 25 hours per week at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. The role is on-site at a single development, offering full training and pension benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
  • Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines

  • Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,

  • Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
