McCarthy Stone’s Tudor Rose Court in Southsea is seeking a Care and Support Assistant for a part-time 18-hour week. You will help residents with daily tasks, promote independence, and support wellbeing, all in one on-site location.
The role offers an on-site, supportive team, with funded Level 2/3 training in Adult Care, a pension and life insurance, and access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program. Sponsorship is not available.

Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
