McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care & Support Assistant at Crocus Court, Poulton Le Fylde. This part-time role involves supporting residents in one central location with daily tasks and wellbeing activities.

You will help residents maintain independence, participate in social activities, and support with individual care needs. On-site, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, training is provided.

Formación

• 1+ year in a UK health and social care role (preferred).
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
• Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
