McCarthy Stone in Ipswich is seeking a part-time Care and Support Assistant to join a single-location development. You will work 25 hours per week with early/late shifts and alternate weekends, supporting residents with daily tasks and activities on-site at Booth Court Development.

You’ll help residents live independently with a focus on wellbeing and personal care where needed, in a friendly, on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UK health and social care experience.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older adults.

• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.

• Supporting with individual care packages, including supporting with personal care

What We Offer:

• £13.26 per hour, up to £14.56 per hour (depending on shifts)
