Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is looking for a part-time Care & Support Assistant at Dutton Court, Cheadle Hulme. This on-site role involves supporting residents with daily tasks in one central location to help them live independently.

You’ll work in a dedicated care team, with funded Level 2/3 training opportunities in Adult Care and a package of benefits. UK-based applicants only; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older adults.
• Living within commuting distance of the development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
