McCarthy & Stone is seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to join our Stiperstones Court development in Shrewsbury. This fixed-term contract role supports a thriving community of older adults, coordinating the Care and Support team to ensure high-quality care and residents’ independence.

You will lead day-to-day operations, balance shifts, and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere within a modern facility designed for comfort and care.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health and Social Care preferred; those with Level 2 can apply but must undertake Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Care and Support team to run a thriving community.
• Ensure resident safety and wellbeing across all activities.
• Coordinate care plans and activities to promote independence and a welcoming atmosphere.
