McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care Supervisor to support residents at Springs Court, Cottingham. You will oversee a Care and Support team, ensuring safety, coordinating activities and fostering a welcoming community for independent older adults.

Qualifying candidates have care or support experience, ideally with Level 3 Health & Social Care, and prior team management experience. Living locally is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification preferred; Level 2 welcomed but must undertake Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Care and Support team to ensure high-quality care.
