Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months Hours:

Pay: £15.24per hour for day shifts, £12.24forsleepingnight shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care.
You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team.
Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need toundertake their L
3.) You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
You will have previous experience of managing team members.
