The position requires 33.5 hours weekly across day and evening shifts, with weekend work. Pay is £15.24/hour on day shifts and £12.24/hour on sleeping nights, plus £1 extra per hour from Friday midnight to Sunday midnight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification preferred; L2 accepted with L3 required.
• Experience in managing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Care and Support team at Stiperstones Court.
• Ensure resident safety and coordinate activities.
