Job summary

Lauriem is recruiting a Supervisor in Maidstone to join our home care team. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, based in Maidstone with on-call duties. A driving licence and own transport are required.

The role involves contributing to care planning, risk assessments, and delivering high-quality home care. You will work both office-based and in the field, with on-call rotation and salary included in the package.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in health and social care preferred.
• Driving licence with access to own transport.
• Experience writing care plans and risk assessments.
• Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working full-time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care and support to individuals in Maidstone.
• Join the out-of-hours on-call service once a weekday and once a weekend per month.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain accurate records and care plans.
• Ensure safety and high-quality care standards.

Lauriem is a leading national provider of home care, providing individualised packages of care to support and enable people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home and are looking to recruit a supervisor to join our great team based in Maidstone. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00.

The role also involves participating in the out-of-hours on call service one weekday a week and one weekend a month. (included in salary) therefore, you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.

The role holder will:

• Have good planning and organisation skills
• Be punctual and flexible
• Have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team
• Have an understanding of the care sector
• Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector
• Hands on Care experience
• Familiar with care plans (Full training will be given on writing needs and risk assessments)
