Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care across Medway and surrounding areas. You will help older adults regain independence in their own homes, with support for daily activities and companionship.

No prior experience is required as full training and induction are provided; a full UK driving licence and own car are requested for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Travel requirements include full UK driving licence and own car.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Support light household tasks and shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
