Job summary

Comfort Care Services Ltd is seeking a proactive Field Care Supervisor to support high-quality domiciliary care across Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and surrounding areas. This field-based role guides care teams, supports service users, and ensures compliance with care standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in domiciliary or community care, with QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or Level 2 with Level 3 commitment), and holds a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in domiciliary, community or other relevant care services.
• An experienced Care Worker ready to progress, or an existing Care Supervisor.
• QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or Level 2 with a commitment to enrol on and complete Level 3.
• Experience of supporting supervising or managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Care Workers in the community.
• Conduct spot checks, observations, supervisions and quality audits.
• Complete care assessments, reviews and reassessments.
• Monitor care delivery and ensure services align with individual support plans.
• Support medication audits, documentation and record keeping.
• Assist staffing rotas and handovers; investigate incidents and safeguarding concerns.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
• Provide hands-on care when required and meet service needs.

Care Supervisor - Field Based Hillingdon & Uxbridge Plus Surrounding Areas Full time: 40 hours per week Working pattern: Scheduled over 5 days from 7, with some weekend work required as part of the rota. This field-based role offers the opportunity to guide care teams, support service users and help maintain excellent standards of care and compliance. What you'll be doing

• Supporting

Good knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, health and safety, and person-centred practice. Strong communication, organisation, administration and time-management skills. The flexibility to work across community locations and meet service needs. Working pattern Full-time, 40 hours per week. 5 days over 7, including weekend working on a rota basis. A combination of 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service. What we offer £29,000 per annum, plus mileage for authorised business travel. 28 days' annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays. Company pension scheme.
