Job summary

Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support an outstanding care team across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea. You will oversee Care Assistants, conduct assessments and ensure high care standards in the community.

The role offers £28,000 per year, fully funded NVQ Level 5 training, CPD opportunities, generous annual leave, and clear career progression within a supportive management structure.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in domiciliary care.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience completing care assessments and reviews.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and supervise Care Assistants in the community.
• Conduct spot checks, observations, customer assessments and reviews.
• Complete and update care plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor care quality and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Support customers, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rota and respond to urgent care issues when required.
• Assist with care visits where needed to ensure continuity of service.
