Castelan is seeking a proactive Care Solutions Coordinator in Weston-super-Mare to manage stock, inventory and warehouse administration. The role combines operational, administrative and customer-facing responsibilities to ensure products are received, stored and dispatched efficiently.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, with a salary between £26,500 and £29,000 depending on experience, and enjoy benefits including a company pension, on-site parking and 23 days plus bank holidays.

Formación

• Experience in stock control, inventory management or stock administration.
• Experience using stock management, inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to manually handle stock safely as part of day-to-day duties and upkeep administrative requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain or logistics administration.
• Experience working with suppliers and stock ordering processes.
• Knowledge of inventory reporting and stock reconciliation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Managing stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy.

• Processing customer orders, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Coordinating the receipt, storage and dispatch of products.
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Preparing, quality checking and personalising care kits before dispatch.
• Building positive relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
• Supporting continuous improvements to stock management and operational processes.
• Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
