Leaf Complex Care, part of the Catalyst Care Group, is seeking a Care Coordinator in Weston-super-Mare to oversee day-to-day staffing and service delivery, ensuring clinicians meet client needs in line with policies.

The role involves coordinating across teams, handling queries, maintaining records, and supporting service improvements. 37 hours weekly, with on-call duties and a salary of £25,000-£28,000.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
• Healthcare sector experience in coordination or admin roles.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing solutions to meet client requirements across care services
• Manage and respond promptly to all incoming client and clinician queries
• Match clinicians skills, experience, and availability to client needs
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliant and effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support service improvement and build positive relationships with clients and staff
