Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above diploma or equivalent within the first year of employment in Leadership and management/ Health and Social Care.
• Experience in supervising care workers and managing rostering and performance.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and care quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of care and support workers to provide independent living and high standard personal care.
• Allocate regular visits, ensure continuity of care and conduct case reviews.
• Carry out on-call duties and support management tasks including supervision and appraisals.
