Job summary

• Manage, lead and oversee a single branch and contribute to the wider management team
• Ensure high standards of customer care while supporting customers’ independence and dignity
• Oversee staff rosters, training and wellbeing to maintain continuity of care
• Coach and support care workers to delight customers and grow the branch
• Maintain branch operations within policy, procedure and budget constraints
• Coordinate care plans and communicate changes to customers and staff
