Helping Hands Home Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Care Coordinator to keep extraordinary care running smoothly. You’ll work with the Branch Care Manager to plan visits, support carers, customers and the community, ensuring every interaction is compassionate and well-coordinated.

The role blends field visits with team leadership, offering growth opportunities within a nationwide, award-winning care provider and a supportive, people-first culture.

Formación

• Experience in care leadership or supervisory roles.
• Understanding of CQC/CIW standards and best practice.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate visits and carers effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Support Branch Care Manager to deliver exceptional care across your local area.
• Allocate carers effectively so customers receive consistent, high-quality support.
• Complete supervisions and observations on time, helping carers grow and maintain great practice.
• Help recruit and onboard new carers, strengthening the branch’s capacity and community impact.
• Review and update care plans so they reflect each customer’s needs, preferences and wellbeing.
• Look for opportunities to grow the branch, supporting local engagement and commercial activity.
• Champion brilliant customer service, ensuring every interaction feels considered and kind.
