Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager for our Burnley service. You will lead daily operations, drive person-centred planning, and coordinate with authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to deliver positive outcomes.

This role requires CQC registration experience, a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and a background working with autism and complex needs. We offer a supportive team, ongoing training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
• Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience working with autism, complex mental health needs, trauma and challenging behaviours.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day running of the service(s).
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Conduct care needs assessments and recruit/induct new colleagues.
• Complete supervisions and appraisals; conduct medication competencies/audits.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and quarterly audits/reports.
• Manage service P&L; ensure regulatory/contractual requirements are met.
