Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Burnley residential service. You will oversee daily operations, drive person-centred care, and work with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to improve independence and outcomes for the people we support.

The role requires CQC registered manager experience or equivalent care management experience, a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
• Willingness to undertake CQC registration and meet regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with autistic individuals, complex mental health needs, trauma, and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service(s) in Burnley.
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Recruit, induct, and supervise colleagues; conduct appraisals.
• Complete medication competencies and audits; attend MDT meetings.
• Manage service P&L and ensure regulatory, contractual, and internal policy compliance.
• Produce quarterly audits/reports and maintain governance standards.
