Job summary

Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Manager to lead our care support team and uphold high standards of person-centered care.

You’ll work with the Registered Manager to ensure safe, high-quality services, grow the team, and build packages of care for clients at home, while embracing training, progression, and a supportive culture with DBS checks in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualification in social care at Level 3 or willingness to work toward it.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
• Ensure safe, high quality care that respects customer choices and dignity.
• Promote customer choice and privacy at all times.
• Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create care packages for clients at home.
• Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care packages.
• Guide and support Care Experts.
• Collaborate with customers, families, and professionals to deliver high quality care services.
