Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Levels 1–3 (or equivalent) supported training.
• Experience in recruitment and staff selection is desirable.
• Knowledge of data protection and record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Manager to ensure care and support continues to meet legislative and company standards.
• Lead recruitment and selection to ensure suitable staff for roles.
• Manage the service in line with HICA at Home policies and applicable legislation to maintain standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic and written records per HICA Policy and the Data Protection Act.
• Produce timely management information and reports.
